meet & greet dec 8th

We will start this Holiday meet & greet with lunch at 11:30 at the

Moose Hill Cantina

Lunch will be $13.99 per person which includes soft drink, tax & tip.

After lunch, we will cruise to the Jeffco Action Center
as we have in the past years to donate food and clothing.
We are to be there at 1:00 pm

The Longmont Christmas Parade begins at 5:00 p.m.. All Cruisers need to meet in Longmont between 3:00 - 3:30 p.m. at the Starbuck's at 1087 S. Hover St. We will leave Starbuck's no later than 3:45 p.m. to cruise to the Parade Staging area. (I will advise of the staging area address as soon as I have it.)
Starbuck's is located directly west (on the west side of Hover St.) of the Longmont Mall and just north of Wendy's. This is also just across the parking lot from the Bear Rock Cafe (where we have met after the parade for dinner in year's past).

The parade should last 1 to 1-1/2 hours, and then we have a reservation for dinner at Old Chicago Restaurant. Please let me know ASAP if you plan to join in for dinner. (This Old Chicago is right next to the Radisson Hotel - Cruise the Rockies V at 1900 Ken Pratt Blvd.) We will cruise from the parade to Old Chicago (without undressing the Cruisers). They should get a kick out of the decorations and I don't think the police will mind (this once - I'll call them and make sure).

Directions to Starbucks from I-25

Take I-25 to Exit 240. Go west on Highway 119, into Longmont and continue on Highway 119 (also called Ken Pratt Blvd. in Longmont) to Hover Street (Hover Street is approximately 8 miles west of I-25). Go right (north) on Hover Street, then make an immediate left (west) on Clover Basin Dr. (first stop light). Continue west on Clover Basin Dr. to Dry Creek Dr. (first street on your right). Turn right on Dry Creek Dr. to your second right (south side of Edwards/Elevation Credit Union Bldg.). As you make this turn you will see Starbucks/Wahoo Fish Taco/Noodles on the building directly in front of you. Starbucks is on the north end of the building.
